Learning how to blog

When I was working with Mrs Grant I discovered that making a blog was quite easy. Since then I have been making lots of stories about events at our school like cross country and kite day. I recommend that you should listen to our podcasts. Click the link for the podcasts in the side bar of this blog.

What’s that noise ! What a surprise!

On Tuesday 14th August 2007 was Mr Gordon’s 21st Birthday (or so they say!). Every student in our buddy class (Room 7) made a single letter on a piece of paper. Together they spelt - Happy Birthday Mr Gordon! Our class came rushing out to see the amazing effort of our buddy class and their clever display - Happy Birthday Mr Gordon!! For me the best part of our buddies coming to see us was when Mr Betts made a balloon hat for Mr Gordon. It was very funny looking Mr Gordon looked quite silly! Thank you Mr Betts and Room 7 for the awesome display !!!!!

The New Wall - “Seaside” Scene

“Wow!” “Look at that!” “Mr. Betts is soooooo clever!” said the pupils at Sunnybrae Normal School.

At first I thought I was at the wrong school, but when I looked at the buildings, they looked the same. What happened?

Oh! It’s Mr. Betts, our school’s best artist at work on the wall. The mural looks really colourful. Mr. Betts can quickly draw almost anything.

You can find the wonderful mural on the senior playground wall.
